- Open the project file (userstudy_analysis_template.Rproj) in Rstudio
- Source R/which_test.R and follow along.
- Put all your processed data files in csv format into data/
- Open the suggested script. Change the dataset name
- Change variable names and other parameters if any (mostly will have reasonable defaults).
- Source the statistical test file
