This changes the approach to LSP:

data on the event (sync) threadNODE_SEVERITIES
andNODE_SEVERITIES_VERSION
only updated on deltaThe debounce delay was increased as there are a lot of events as the user types.
It's not clear whether a full redraw

and rebuild it. YAGNI?
