This PR builds on top of #78 so that should be merged first. Only the last two commits new here.
When logging into the site for the first time, you will be presented with a tour that will walk you through the whole process of performing a Loop as well as the different components on the Loop page. There is also a help icon at the top of the Loop page to start the tour again.
