Description

This PR adds type hints to several functions in the utils.py file that were previously missing them, improving code readability and IDE support. The functions updated include:

  • to_hex() in the ControlBlock class
  • tapleaf_tagged_hash()
  • tapbranch_tagged_hash()
  • is_address_bech32()

Changes

  • Added return type annotations to functions
  • Added parameter type annotations where missing
  • Enhanced docstrings with parameter and return type descriptions
