I figured we'd just apply it to the other branches once you got it into trunk, so I was just waiting for that. Depending on whether you get it into 6.1 also, we can always do that here next, just let me know by reopening if needed. |

This PR adds
swift-android-foundation-cacerts.patch, which was also filed at swiftlang/swift-corelibs-foundation#5163. Building with this patch will enable https sites to work out-of-the-box on Android.
