Relates to #339
This PR copies the changes that were originally done against the asciidoc files in elastic/elasticsearch#121078 and applies them to the files in their new location in docs-content.
NOTE: Three of the files affected by this PR will ultimately be removed since they're duplicates of info we're adding to the OpenAPI docs per elastic/elasticsearch-specification#3821.
