feat(aws): AWSX-1591 Move appsync, apigateway, bedrock, batch and codebuild to backend

What does this PR do?

Move the source identification to logs-backend for appsync, apigateway, bedrock, batch and codebuild AWS Service.

Motivation

We continue our goal to move source identification in the datadog side, ensuring better control over it and reducing payload size by moving tag enrichment after ingest.
