FetchLatestSupportedMacOSRestoreImagehas a good working on getting latest ipsw image url and downloading it.Sometimes user may want an image url without downloading it, they can download with other tools.
So I split a func
GetLatestSupportedMacOSRestoreImageURLfromFetchLatestSupportedMacOSRestoreImageto get url only without downloading the image.
