If the [Clamp] extended attribute appears on one of the integer types,

[Exposed=Window]
interface GraphicsContext {
 void setColor(octet red, octet green, octet blue);
 void setColorClamped([Clamp] octet red, [Clamp] octet green, [Clamp] octet blue);
};

Extended attributes in argument position should be recognized as ones for IDL types, not for arguments.
