FORTRAN codes need to be compiled before the system is activated for the first time:
1- Tide generator (/utility/tides/)
2- BC generator (/utility/buildf19/)
3- GEFS fortran codes (/GEFS/src/) -- GEFS codes should be compiled with the subroutines:
$ gfortran genOWI.F90 headr_fort222.F90 points_timesnap_size.F90 writer_WindPress.F90 -o genOWI.x
4- SREF fortran code (SREF/src/)
And post processing codes in (/home4/ptaeb/multi.stage/postProc) ----------------------

For the Indian River Lagoon System forecasting -----------------------------------------
Open new screens and run following scripts. These script dowsnload observed
water level, current velocity, wind, and wave height from CPRG website station at
Sebastian Inlet. Unlike USGS and NOAA websites where users can request time series observation,
the CPRG Website contains observations at one time step. These scripts downloads and
store observations in separate files containing time/date column and observed values.

Note:
- Downloading GEFS and SREF files is occurred in parallel.
- Processing these files is taken place in paralle. However, processing SREF files
in parallel may not complete due to memory issue. As of August 3, 2019, this process
is taken place in serial.
If your computer is equiped with strong RAM (more than 32 GB), you can add & at the end
of line 126 of 'SREF/src/download_sref_data.sh' so that the SREF files are processed
in parallel that eventually reduces the total wallclock time.
