Configuration:

Vscode: 1.35.0
JDK: 1.8.0_201/11.0.3
OS: Win/Mac/Linux
Build: 0.5.0 sign bits.

Repro steps:

  1. Git clone https://github.com./microsoft/vscode-java-dependency.git
  2. Use Vs code to open Simple project.
  3. Add maven and gradle projects to the workspace.

Result:

Java Dependencies explorer only show two projects, dismiss one project.
