Serializing jobs

I played a bit with the package and realized it does not support passing custom types when running a job (running 4.0.0b2).

Toy example:

from scheduler import job

class MyClass:
  def run(self):
    print("Hello")


@job()
def long_running_func(x):
    x.run()


long_running_func.delay(MyClass())  # worker crashs with: AttributeError: 'str' object has no attribute 'run' 

The reason seems to be that, when the type is not supported, we serialize to string by default.

People are likely to run into this and raise issues (the opened #248 could be related?).

Ideas:

• Raise an explicit error if the job argument does not match one supported by the serializer (sorry we don't do that, but we welcome contributors :) )
• Default to pickle (what rq does with its default serializer), not sure how much work this involves.
